Our Services
With 65 years of experience caring for Armadale seniors, who wish to live at home as they age, live independently in our village or receive full support in our care home, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care.
We believe all seniors are entitled to high quality care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. At Dale Cottages, our team provide professional and client-centred care with warmth and empathy, with all care plans tailored to each individual.
In Home Care
Dale Community Care, the home care division of Dale Cottages, is a trusted and reputable home care provider, supporting the Armadale community for over 65 years. We’re a local care provider to Armadale residents wishing to continue living independently at home. Home care is provided to clients who receive a Home Care Package (HCP)pay on a private fee-for-service arrangement.
Independent Retirement Village Living
Our retirement village offering is perfect for seniors who may need a little or no aged care support but want to feel connected and part of a village community. Whilst remaining living at home is often the preference for older people, it can be very isolating and overwhelming to maintain the home.
Our village of resident-funded and rental units provide seniors with a secure and peaceful environment to live in, with the option to access aged care support if they need it, but more importantly it provides the opportunity to enjoy a more relaxed and low maintenance lifestyle.
Residential Care
With two residential care facilities onsite in Armadale, we’re able to help seniors with high care needs feel at home. Our brand new, high-tech and beautiful residential property has just opened and now taking applications for new residents. With an abundance of natural light, a dedicated in-house care team, stunning interiors and an array of amenities for seniors with complex needs, our new care home is unlike any other.
Our second residential care facility, the J E Murray Home, is currently under renovation and will be re-opening in 2026.
Greendale Community Centre
Dale Cottages, in partnership with the City of Armadale, provide a unique community centre that caters for the community’s needs and enhances the social wellbeing of local seniors through interaction, engagement and inclusion of all.
The Greendale Centre in Coombe Avenue is an important centre for seniors in the Armadale community as well as an integral part of village life at Dale Cottages. Delicious meals are available for lunch on weekdays and there is a hive of activity with something to suit everybody.
The Greendale Centre is also home to a hairdressing salon and podiatry service.
