We offer both government funded and private fee-for-service home care:
HCP funding allows the person receiving the care to co-design their package with their care advisor. Oaur dedicated, flexible and caring team will talk through your assessed needs that the ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) have identified, learn about your needs and preferences and co-design a package to suit you.An aged care assessment will determine your eligibility for a home care package and identify what your care needs are. To request an assessment, you can call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. The Home Care Package program asks that you contribute to the cost of your care if you are able to.
As of the 1 st November 2025 the New Aged Care Act came into effect. This new Act is set to improve care that is delivered to older people whether at home, in a community setting or residential care home. Support at Home replaced the Australian Government’s Home Care Package program and provides home care services focused on wellness and reablement, helping older Australians regain or maintain independence and live comfortably at home for longer.
We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent as well as making care accessible for those in need. Our fees are competitively priced and affordable. Click here to view our fees.
Our private fee-for-service care costs the same our Home Care Package program, it’s just funded differently. Fee-for-service care can be accessed to support you at home while you are awaiting to be assigned a Home Care Package, or you can pay privately if you feel you need additional support.
This flexible approach enables you to choose the way that your care, services and supports are provided.
